Hi, i have Apache/2.0.59 (Win32) & PHP/5.2.0. I keep getting dynamic library errors i have the directory set right and i checked for the dlls there all there.

You have most likely mixed up two PHP installs. Try with a clean install, PHP has no support in loading modules.
