Description:
------------
The RSS feed is broken... again. This time the culprit is an unencoded ampersand in the title: "Forum PHP in Paris, France, November 9 & 10th, 2006". Replace & with & and you're golden.

I would recommend passing any HTML sent to the RSS feed through DOM (using relaxed HTML parsing, and then outputting again) or HTML Purifier (http://hp.jpsband.org/).

See Bug #37512 and Bug #37513 for prior art. I'll take another whack at making a patch using the above-mentioned advice.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP.net better.
