http://www.php.net/foreach are redirected to http://no2.php.net/foreach which dont work......

basicly just remove the not working no2.php.net server...

the no.php.net server works great btw..

no2.php.net works fine for me (from Skien). You can always set your prefered mirror in http://www.php.net/my.php

strange.. 
just for the record:
using bind-9.3.2 server, with updated root.hints..


what's really strange is: 
no.php.net works
talks.php.net works
qa.php.net works
lxr.php.net works
cvs.php.net works
snaps.php.net works..
.....
...


Until more people has the same problem.
I'll just do as u said .. set my prefered mirror
