Todays date: 12th September 2006
Last similar bug: somewhere in 2003
If I try to download the docs from http://www.php.net/download-docs.php I always get this error:

Not Found
The requested URL /get/php_manual_en.chm/from/a/mirror was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.0.51 (Fedora) Server at in.php.net Port 80

I forgot to add that I live in India. Maybe it should access in.php.net instead of www.php.net in the download link.
