Reproduce code:
---------------
use phpinfo() on version 5.1.6 and it reports 5.1.2

Expected result:
----------------
phpinfo() on version 5.1.6 should show 5.1.6

You forgot to update php5ts.dll.

The file version for my php5ts.dll file that windows picks up is:

5.1.6.6 last modifed 08/23/2006 5:14pm

but phpinfo() still returns 5.1.2

Which means that you have several php5ts.dll in your system.
Please keep the report bogus.
