Just compare pages http://www.php.net/ChangeLog-5.php#5.1.5 and http://www.php.net/ChangeLog-4.php#4.4.4 !
It's strange that in PHP5 Changelog the header "PHP 5 ChangeLog" goes above each subversion changes info. I think it's useful to remove those many unneeded headers and replace them with lines-separators, as in ChangeLog-4 !
