be.php.net is repeatedly inaccesible. I know this bug has been reported before and problems were allegedly solved in 7-2006. However, the problems continue to exist.

Maybe take be.php.net offline until the problem IS solved? For now, I take the extra effort of typing uk.php.net to avoid redirection by php.net
