The links to the .tar.gz and .zip documentation files
in the documentation web page (http://www.php.net/documentation.php3)
are broken.  The broken links are:

    http://www.php.net/manual.tar.gz

and the corresponding .zip link.

I am unable to generate PostScript for the documentation
due to nsgmls error, e.g.:

    end tag for element "A" which is not open

so I would really appreciate having the PostScript online
for download.
