Description:
------------
Could someone fix this documentation page? It does not wrap at all in any browser and is very hard to read!

http://es2.php.net/manual/en/function.preg-replace.php

Reproduce code:
---------------
Open page in any browser (IE, Firefox, etc.) under any operating system (Windows, Linux, etc.) and you will see that it does not wrap, due to some sort of strange (user comment?) content

Expected result:
----------------
Proper text wrapping within browser window

I removed note #37885 which was causing the page not to
wrap correctly.
