I'm upgrading php-5.1.2 to php-5.1.4, when i execute php -v php say's:
Unable to load dynamic library '.\ext\php_oci8.dll' - The specified module could not be found.

I'm remplace php_oci8.dll v5.1.4.4 by v5.1.2.2 (from php-5.1.2) and run with out problems.

Also crash in Windows XP SP2.

In both cases the oci.dll client is v9.2.0.3.0

In TotalCommander whith FileInfo plugin i can see php_oci8.dll fail's load oci.dll: Missing Functions in implicit load DLL

OCI8 dlls are built against Oracle Instant Client, so you have to use it too.
