http://uk2.php.net/ seems to be slow or not responding, following a redirection from www.php.net. I suggest removing this mirror from the mirror list so that people aren't auto-redirected from the main site, until whatever the problems are are resolved.

Furthermore, this seems to have been like this for several days. I've tried from two computers on different networks with the same result, a lengthy delay or no response at all.
