mktime don't read a param minutes.

Reproduce code:

$date = mktime(10,30,40,1,1,1970);
echo date("d/m/Y H:m:s",$date);
?>

Expected result:
----------------
01/01/1970 10:30:40

Actual result:
--------------
01/01/1970 10:01:40

Read http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.date.php

m prints the month number with leading 0, hence why H:m:s produces 10:01:40
