I used the php4b4pl1 isapi and a cvs build from 1st march isapi with iis5 and the php.ini-dist from php4beta4pl1

when i try to load a page with <? echo "blah"; ?> i get this error

Failed opening 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\phptest\hs~index.php' for inclusion (include_path='') in Unknown on line 0

requires read permission on the .php file for iusr_machinename

Lots has changed since March. Tomorrow PHP 4.0.1 will be released. Please try that version. Note that the ISAPI module is still not supposed to be 100% stable. But there is always CGI.
