After the configure command on HPUX 10.2 the make file
does not find the dlfcnt.h and select.h files.
They are coming with glibc-devel which are only ported on linux and others but not HPUX !?.

Is it possible to install php 3.0 and 4.0 with Apache 1.3.0
with msql 2.0.8 ?

We are sorry, but can not support PHP 3 related problems anymore.
Momentum is gathering for PHP 5, and we think supporting PHP 3 will
lead to a waste of resources which we want to put into getting PHP 5
ready. Ofcourse PHP 4 will will continue to be supported for the
forseeable future.
