I have found in the manual that in file function like fgets()
second parameter is optional.But in lat week  i got problem in this function in the sites i developed.when i gave second parameter it work fine.so please let me know the change come in the version

The manual page for fgets states quite clearly that this argument didn't become optional until PHP 4.2.0.
