Reproduce code:
---------------
$var = "test";
if ($var["field"]) {
    echo "suprise!";
}

or 

$var = "test";
if (isset($var["field"])) {
    echo "suprise!";
}

Expected result:
----------------
No output

Actual result:
--------------
"suprise!" being printed as a result in both cases
