Please forgive me though it is likely not to understand easily because of translating soft use.

WindowsXP Professional, 2k SP4
PHP4.4.2-dev & PHP4.4.2(new) Zip Package
Apache2.0.52 <= Apache2.0.55

$fp = fopen('http://example.com/');
$fp = file('http://example.com/');

1.Either the above-mentioned is executed. 
2.Apache crashes. 

It operates in Linux+PHP4.4.2 or Windows+PHP4.3.11 without trouble.
