I'm using the $REMOTE_ADDR var to get ip's from users on my intranet.  With IE, it gives the correct ip, but Netscape returns the address of the firewall.  What's going on??

I would also like to metion, that if I get the IP with java in Netscape, I get the correct number.

You have proxies configured in Netscape, that is why you see another IP.
