When I tried to upload binary data (such as pictures) into BLOB fields using "savefile" method of the BLOB descriptor I saw that this files are uploaded partially without any error messages.


In the function "oci8_savedescfile" in the line:
if ((fp = open(filename, O_RDONLY)) == -1) {
			php3_error(E_WARNING, "Can't open file %s", filename);

O_BINARY flag missed in order to proper reading of binary files
