the german manual (CHM) has a bug.  The help tells for each page "Page not found.".

Mit der rechten Maustaste auf die heruntergeladenen Datei klicken und im Popup-Men? die Eigenschaften w?hlen.  Dort dann unten bei Sicherheit auf Zulassen klicken.  SP2 f?r Windows l?sst gr?ssen.
