I was looking through the new ftp function set and noticed a bit of an oversight. There is no way to send a raw command or a SITE command to the ftp server. The usefulness of this is when you need to chmod files through ftp.

maybe ftp_chmod(int ftp_stream, string remote_file, int mode); ?

and ftp_rawcmd(int ftp_stream, string command_to_send); ?

Looks like it was added. Thanks to whomever did so.
