Description:

The conversion of an ISO-Date with microseconds with strtotime  
worked under PHP 5.0.4 but doesn't under PHP 5.1.1


Reproduce code:

print strtotime("2000-10-10T10:12:30.000");
?>

Expected result:
----------------
971165550

Actual result:
--------------
nothing

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
