php_gmp doesn't compiled into default binary packets, because (http://snaps.php.net/win32/snapshot-5.1.log)

Checking for library libgmp_a.lib ... <not found>

yes, but http://www.php.net/gmp says "This extension is available on Windows platforms since PHP 5.1.0." and in fact: inavailable :)
