Description:
------------
The "php-5.1.0-installer.exe" fails if I don't have a valid c: drive. My PC uses H: as the default drive while C: is used for a removable memory card.

When installing PHP to h:\php, I get a message telling me:
"This software requires an additional 4327K bytes free on the C: drive to install. Please remove any unnecessary files and try again"

The "C:" drive is obviously hardcoded into the setup application, instead of the setup applicaton using the drive I want to install to (i.e. H:).

Since I don't have a C: drive, the PHP installation fails altogether if I don't insert a memory card in C:.

Reproduce code:
---------------
Run the php-5.1.0-installer.exe on a PC that does not have a C: drive

Expected result:
----------------
The error message mentioned
