Description:

When I get the file in non-block mode, i can't run any ftp-command, for example - stop downloading and close connection.

Reproduce code:
---------------
ftp_connect
ftp_login
$ret=ftp_nb_get
while($ret===FTP_MOREDATA){
    $ret = ftp_nb_continue;
    break;
}
ftp_close //locked!!! time 1-2 minutes
