Apache error_log and php cgi output:

 File 'NONEXISTENT/charsets/?.conf' not found (Errcode: 2)
 Character set '#30' is not a compiled character set and is not specified in the 'NONEXISTENT/charsets/Index' file


[root]# mysql --version
mysql  Ver 12.22 Distrib 4.0.24, for pc-linux-gnu (i686)
[root]# httpd -v
Server version: Apache/2.0.46

[root]# php -v
PHP 4.4.1 (cgi) (built: Nov  9 2005 22:52:38)
