Description:
------------
My question is related to the bug #28114.
You claim it is not possible to retrieve some information about parameters of built-in methods like type hint or default value.
Is it at least possible to get the number of parameters or their names?

Please ask such questions in an appropriate mailing list.
This is not a support forum.

And the answer is "no", btw.

Well, I know that it is not possible as I've tried it. I thought that it is a bug.
