Cant compile without linking with the system libiconv. It just works when I use the "--with-iconv-dir=DIR      XMLRPC-EPI: iconv dir for XMLRPC-EPI." option to set the system libiconv. May a configure script error?

- No error message is given
- Put your config.log file somewhere online and provide a link  
  (do not paste it here!)
