The file php/main/php_ini.c

has the following line :

#include <win32/php_registry.h> which is not macro protected.

like

#ifdef PHP_WIN32
 #include <win32/php_registry.h>
#endif

In Tru64, normally the win32 directory is not checked into tree.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
