Description:
------------
The swedish documentation is in ISO-8859-1 format but the HTTP header says it's in UTF-8 format.

This makes all swedish characters look like a question marks (bad unicode) in all standards-compliant browsers (IE is not standards-compliant in this case so it works there, but Firefox and Mozilla are).

This is fixed on the generated site, but the documentation's sources still do strange things with character sets.

It seems correct now.
