Description:
------------
I wanted to use php to print out xml data.using

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?> at the top of the
page, I started writing code. When I ran the script the page
was blank. when I placed the XML tag in a print statement
everything showed up, This only happened with shore_open_tag
on, so short_open_tag = On doesn't chek for <?xxx in case you
are printing out a different file type other than HTML. It
really should check for a space after the ?

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<imagedata uid="1" iid="1">

Expected result:
----------------
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<imagedata uid="1" iid="1">
