Description:
------------
Downloads from www.php.net/from/a/mirror take forever to
start. The network engineers at my university suspect it is a
routing problem with one of our ISP's. The suspected ISP
insists on having proof that the problem is with them. I need
the traceroute output from the main php.net server (the one
that does the /from/a/mirror redirect) when it does a
traceroute on 129.22.4.3 or 129.22.104.136 or any IP address
in 129.22.0.0/255.255.0.0.

Thanks in advance.

Reproduce code:
---------------
`traceroute 129.22.4.3`
or
`traceroute -n 129.22.4.3`

from the main PHP web server

Expected result:
----------------
the output from traceroute
