Description:
------------
I've tried to post a message on http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.iis.php several times now. I get a confirmation ("Your submission was successful -- thanks for contributing!"), but my posting doesn't appear. Even after days or weeks. I already did a posting for a different topic and that worked.

My posted text begins with "If you get a password entry dialog".

Thats because the notes are moderated.
You have beeing submiting a couple of notes with a link to your product, which isn't etical. Trying to get higher search engine rankings by adding notes to the php manual is becoming a current practice (with links to unrelated stuff), but we delete all such notes.

If you want to submit the notes without the links, I won't delete them (if they are usefull).
