Description:
------------
Trying to compile a hello.so extension comes down with a
Invalid library (maybe not a PHP library).

So I ask what qualifies a library to be a php library?

phpize does the same as choosing own arguments which I
really prefer over phpize, but as a first hit it would be
ok to work with phpize.

What symbols must exist to qualify my library ?

Reproduce code:
---------------
config.m4
PHP_ARG_ENABLE(hello, whether to enable Hello World support,
[ --enable-hello Enable Hello World support])

if test "$PHP_HELLO" = "yes"; then
AC_DEFINE(HAVE_HELLO, 1, [Whether you have Hello World])
   PHP_NEW_EXTENSION(hello, hello.c, $ext_shared)
 fi
