Description:
------------
it's extremely simple but really annoying : the links in the broken page are all broken, i.e. they all "redirect" to an address like "http://www.php.net/get/phpx.x.x.zip/from/a/mirror" so nothings happen when trying to dl the release.

And I do not find another website which proposes the release, idem on eMule.

So how could I make my wonderful php-website run on the (fucking) student-server ? (and I don't have the level to migrate it to Linux/Apache...)
