Description:
------------
Would be nice, if there is a way to read user contributed notes via a web interface. This will help anyone to link to that note; something like http://notes.php.net/<notenumber>

Currently we have http://news.php.net/php.notes, but there is no way to access using note number.

(I hope, the notes are not "actually" get deleted--so that we can even look at deleted notes. In many case, the deleted notes are much useful:( )

The notes actually get deleted. Plus all the user notes on all php.net manual pages have an anchor defined, so you can link to them.

I do know to anchoring. But, I'd thought that the notes are not actually get deleted and so we can look at them. Thanks anyway. Isn't it possible not to delete the notes actually and to have an interface for that?
