The news feed (http://www.php.net/news.rss) has a URL at the start of the description for one of the items. This means anyone using this feed on their site will have (for example) the containing div forced to a width greater than that expected. See http://melbourne.ug.php.net/ for an example.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
