Description:
------------
I took the backend code used for the search.php interactive search box and did the following:

1) modularized it so that you can have multiple searchBoxes on a page and across multiple forms.
2) Fixed many cross browser compatibility issues, it now displays in Mozilla, IE 5.5+, Konqueror, Opera and works for the most part in all of them, except Konqueror and Opera have mouse/keyboard issues that can't be resolved via just javascript only.
3) Enhanced the user interaction to be richer and more intuitive.

Check out http://www.pcxperience.org/james/searchbox.html for the test page, documentation and writeup and the link to the revamped code.

Question: I would like to include the revamped code in the HTMLObject project (http://htmlobject.sf.net/) which is licensed under the Perl license. What issues are there including the PHP licensed javascript file in a Perl licensed package?
