Description:
------------
When you report a bug at http://bugs.php.net/report.php, if you choose a password that contains (certain?) non-alphanumeric characters, the bug report will fail with a "Incorrect CAPTCHA" error. This can be frustrating because no matter how many CAPTCHAs you try, they all fail.

Here is a password that will fail: Mx2A%w#sc0-^

Reproduce code:
---------------
Try reporting a bug using this password: Mx2A%w#sc0-^

Expected result:
----------------
Ideally, the bug report submission should succeed.

Failing this, the error message should tell you to only use alpha-numeric passwords.

Actual result:
--------------
Incorrect CAPTCHA
