This error only came about in April 2005 at 2:00. I got 1 hr missing on timestamp result and affect the following timestamp's results.

I hope can help me.

We are happy to tell you that you just discovered Daylight Savings
Time. For more information see:
http://webexhibits.org/daylightsaving/b.html
Instead of using mktime/date consider using gmmktime and gmdate which do
not suffer from DST.
