Running PHP4 / Apache 1.3.9 using the setup in the PHP4 install file on a AMDK6 based PC, the mail function does not appear to work.
For example :

<?

mail ("ndavis@plus.net.uk","test message","test message");

?>

generates no mail, and if an 'or die' is added to the mail command it will die at that point.

Fix the sendmail_path in php.ini. In php3 it was OK for this to be blank. This is not true a/o PHP4.
