Upon attempting to download PHP 5.0.4 from mirror us4.simpli.biz (using the download page), the following was returned instead of the file:  

Sorry, but the function distributions/php-5.0.4-installer.exe  is not in the online manual. Perhaps you misspelled it, or it is a relatively new function that hasn't made it into the online documentation yet. The following are the 20 functions which seem to be closest in spelling to distributions/php-5.0.4-installer.exe  (really good matches are in bold). Perhaps you were looking for one of these:

The other three mirrors worked as expected.

I do not get this error you describe, but instead I get that the mirror is improperly setup

http://us4.php.net/get/php-5.0.4-installer.exe/from/a/mirror

But everything else seems to be up2date, all other versions of 5.0.4 redirect me to the mirror download page.
