Description:
------------
When I visit a page such as http://php.net/unset I am
redirected to http://ca.php.net/unset which is fine but for
the fact that ca.php.net has been down for about 24 hours
now.

I am able to load ca2.php.net and ca3.php.net fine. The
redirect system should be updated periodically with a list of
currently active mirrors.

/Chad

Not a doc problem

I think this is the same problem that is preventing me from using the function search.

The mirror list is updated to periodically include the active mirrors already.
