Below is a link to a patch for the various msql_fetch*() functions.  The main point of these updates is to make note of the behavioral changes in PHP 4.3.11 and 5.0.4.  While I was at it, I added examples and fixed some other errors.

* Fix some return and parameter data types.
* Add result_type parameter to fetch_object() synopsis.
