mssql_fetch_batch() leaks in several places.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
$c = mssql_connect($host, $user, $passwd);
mssql_select_db($dbase);

$r = mssql_query("SELECT * FROM test_table");

mssql_fetch_batch($r);

echo "Done\n";
?>

Expected result:
----------------
Done

Actual result:
--------------

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
