idate crashes if [int timestamp] parameter is date less than 1 January 1970

Reproduce code:

<?php var_dump(idate("L", mktime(0,0,0,1,1,1900))); ?>

Expected result:
----------------
bool(false)

Actual result:
--------------
Apache.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x0073e083" referenced memory at "0x00000014". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
