On the Documentation - Extended CHM Format page (http://www.php.net/docs-echm.php) you have a link to a page on the CrimsonEditor site which is supposed to tell you how to integrate the CHM help pages with the CrimsonEditor.  This link is outdated.  The correct link is: http://www.crimsoneditor.com/english/docs/howtos.html

Its a pity that they are not maintaining link consistency... Link fixed on php.net.
