Description:
------------
The mysql.dll looks huge in zip-file of the version. When Apache 2.0/PHP 5.0.3 tries to start the dll it says that could not find the dll. I think the bug is connected with bug #31170 (mysqli.dll is missing). It seems that these two DLLs were componed to one incorrect huge DLL.
