The latest install for PHP5 for Win32 does not include the php5apache2.dll.  I install it, its not there, the install.log says its there, but its nowhere to be seen on my computer.

php5apache2.dll is included in 5.0.3 on php.net, if by 'latest' you mean 'latest CVS', please remember that CVS and snapshot builds are volatile and change constantly. Please ensure you are downloading PHP from http://www.php.net/downloads.php
