Description:
------------
As of 4.3.10, my apache2 fails to query properly due to a bug:

[client 192.168.1.1] PHP Warning: gmdate(): Windows does not support dates prior to midnight (00:00:00), January 1, 1970 in C:\\Program Files\\Apache Group\\Apache2\\htdocs\\includes\\news.php on line 134

I get a bunch of other warnings, from other apps also that do not like the new 4.3.10. But I am sending those to the developers to see if they want to correct them.
